The Book: Paperback and the AI Edition
Updated: 4 days ago
By Anthony J. Ruggiano, Founder of Nations Public Adjusting.
The first public adjusting book written to be loaded into your AI. 759 pages of construction science, policy reading, carrier playbooks, the law in all 50 states, and the prompt library that puts it to work. Old school eyes. New school tools.
Two ways to own it
Paperback on Amazon. 759 pages, full color. The reference shelf you keep open: the 50-State Compliance Atlas, the Appraiser and Appraisal-Law Directory, and the complete Prompt Library. Includes the AI Edition when you register your copy.
AI Edition, $79.99 here. The full book as an AI-ready file, the Appendix O prompt library as its own file, and the setup instructions with the Master System Prompt. Single-user license, stamped with your name, delivered to your Google account. Buy the paperback and the AI Edition is included.
Already bought the book? Register your copy
Every paperback purchase includes the AI Edition. Kindle copies bought on or before October 11, 2026 still qualify. Register with your Amazon order number and we deliver your files to the Google account you give us, usually the same business day. One AI Edition per verified purchase. Access is tied to your Google account and closes once you have downloaded. Every copy is stamped with the licensee's name. Single-user license, not for redistribution.
What the AI Edition does on a Monday morning
Load two files into a Claude, ChatGPT or Grok workspace, paste the Master System Prompt, and your AI stops being a smart stranger and starts working every file to one standard.
The morning claim sweep (Chapter 8C). Paste your open claims each morning and get deadlines within 7 days in bold with citations, files stale 14 or more days, the missing-document audit, and the one most urgent action.
60+ ready-to-run prompts (Chapter 36 and Appendix O). Intake to owner's dashboard, written to run on Claude, ChatGPT or Grok unmodified. Stuck? Ask it: "What prompts do you have for this?"
Timeline to letter (Chapters 8B and 36B). Paste the claim timeline and ask for the demand letter, status update or mediation statement. It uses your exact dates and figures, never invented ones.
The supplement finder (Appendix O, Section 5). Give it the carrier's estimate and your scope. It surfaces what they left out, the starter course, the drip edge, the code item, with a draft justification for each.
Two rules that protect your license
Rule one. The AI drafts. A licensed human verifies every statute, date and dollar figure against a primary source, then signs. The signature is yours, the license is yours, and so is every word above the signature line.
Rule two. No client PII in any public AI tool, ever. No client names, property addresses, claim numbers, policy numbers, Social Security numbers or dates of birth. Use a bracketed placeholder and keep the real value on your own secured system, unless you are on a business-grade, zero data retention workspace.
One more thing on jurisdiction. The book is written nationally with Florida as the worked example, and its statutes were verified to June 2026. If you are licensed somewhere else, verify every deadline and every citation in your own state code before you rely on it, no matter how confident the machine sounds.
