OUR SPECIALTY

We Specialize in Fire and Smoke Claims.

The flames are only half the claim. Smoke, soot and contaminants travel through the attic, the ductwork, the drywall and every item you own. Carriers routinely pay for the burned room and overlook the rest of the house.

Our fire team documents the full loss, inventories your contents, and pursues every coverage your policy provides, so you can rebuild the right way.

1   Structure, smoke and soot damage documented room by room

2   Full contents inventory, including items the carrier calls "cleanable"

3   Additional living expense while your home is unlivable

4   Code upgrades, debris removal and hidden damage pursued

QUESTIONS

Straight Answers.

What does a public adjuster do?

A public adjuster is licensed by the state to represent you, the policyholder, on your property insurance claim. The insurance company's adjuster works for the insurance company. We work for you: we document the damage, prepare the estimate, file the claim and negotiate the settlement.

How much does it cost?

Nothing up front. Our fee is a percentage of the settlement we recover, set in writing before we start. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.

My claim was already denied or underpaid. Can you still help?

Yes. Many of our clients come to us after a denial or a low offer. We review the policy, the carrier's file and the damage, then reopen the claim or pursue a supplemental claim where the policy and state law allow it.

What types of claims do you handle?

Hurricane, wind, hail, water, fire and smoke, commercial property and large-loss claims. Fire and smoke claims are our specialty.

Where are you licensed?

Nations Public Adjusting is headquartered in Indialantic, Florida, and our adjusters hold public adjuster licenses in multiple states. Contact us and we will confirm coverage for your property.
